Living Arrows 1/52

"You are the bows from which your children as living arrows are sent forth" - Kahlil Gibran

One of my aims this year is to blog more and join in with more linkys and document more photos of the kids. I'm constantly snapping away and my camera roll is full of thousands of images which never get shared. So when I came across Donna's Living Arrows linky at the end of last year I knew I wanted to take part in it in 2017. If you're not familiar with the linky basically every Monday you share a moment of your children from the previous week. I did take part in a weekly challenge a couple of years ago similar to this but didn't stick at it so would really like to do so this year. Some weeks I share a photo of the kids together and other weeks I'll share one of each of the kids, these will usually be taken on my phone as I always have it nearby to capture everyday moments.

This weeks photos were taken at home as we haven't really done much this week. In between Christmas and New Year we don't tend to do much at all really and just relax at home. So we have been watching movies and playing with our new toys. It's great to see these two getting on again as they had been arguing a lot recently. Here they are watching Finding Dory together.

  6. They're a lovely series of shots, showing their relationship. We've not seen Finding Dory, because I took N to the cinema to see it, and he decided it was too scary so we had to leave. #LivingArrows

  7. Same as me, I am joining in with this linky for the very first time. Purely because of the reasons you named and also because I want to force myself to start using my actual camera more. #livingarrows

  9. I hope many people use this linky to share photos that wouldn't have a purpose otherwise - the little moments, captured. Your two look so close now - they could almost be twins. Thanks so much for joining in this year! x
