40 Things To Do This Christmas


With Christmas just around the corner, 21 days in fact I thought I would share our Christmas bucket list with you this year with 40 things to do this Christmas with your own family. Christmas has aways been my favourite time of the year, especially now that I have children of my own it's just so magical. Now that the kids are older they understand it a lot more and it's just so much fun! 

So here are 40 things to do this Christmas over the festive period:

1. Go Christmas shopping 
2. Buy or make an advent calendar
3. Put together a Christmas Eve basket
5. Decorate the tree
6. Buy a new festive candle
8. Build a gingerbread house
9. Go to a Christmas market
10. Drive around and look at Christmas lights 
11. Visit Santa's grotto
12. Buy everyone a Christmas jumper
13. Watch lots of Christmas films
14. Make paper snowflakes
15. Put together a Christmas playlist for the car 
16. Write a letter to Santa
17. Buy a new Christmas decoration for everyone in the family 
18. Buy new pyjamas for the whole family 
19. Wrap presents 
20. Have a picnic in front of the tree
21. Collect pinecorns 
22. Make salt dough Christmas tree decorations or ornaments
23. Have a get together with family and friends 
24. Start a new Christmas tradition
25. Have breakfast with Santa 
26. Book a Christmas photoshoot or take your own photos 
27. See a Christmas pantomime 
28. Donate old toys to the less fortunate
29. Send Christmas cards to family and friends 
30. Go and see the lights being turned on
