This month seems to be flying by, in fact the whole year has. I just don't know where it's gone. We are off on holiday next month and it seems to have crept up on us. I have been saying for months now that I will start eating healthy to get in shape for holiday but it just hasn't happened and now I have 4 weeks until we go to loose some of this mummy tummy I have. I have however stopped drinking fizzy drinks this past week and have lost 8lb since last Sunday so I'm hoping if I can keep that up and drink only water I can loose another half stone! Now if only I can cut back on the junk food and takeaways I think i'll be on track! I have noticed that I'm no longer bloated like I was every day as I was drinking on average 4 cans of coke a day.
So with 4 weeks to get in shape and tone up here is my meal plan for the week ahead.
Monday - Nandos Chicken skewers with rice and salad
Tuesday - Jacket potato with tuna
Wednesday - Duck pancakes or eat out
Thursday - BBQ chicken with corn on the cob and potato wedges
Friday - Chicken curry
Saturday - Pizza or takeaway
Sunday - Roast chicken with all the trimmings
Lunches will include:
Ham and cheese panini
I usually tend to grab a Macdonald's if I'm out as it's convenient but I'm going to try and eat at home for lunch all week and eat healthier lunches instead.
