March Beauty Wish List

I've never really been a fan of make up or buying skincare products, some people like to collect make up other like to collect designer handbags or shoes. Well I like to waste my money on food and home decor. However recently after a bit of decorating I now have my own dressing table which I've never had before and I've started treating myself to some higher end make up instead of the usual drug store stuff I tend to buy. I've finally discovered MAC, Nars and Estee Lauder all brands which I could never understand why people spent so much on make up for but I now know why! These products are far better than what I was using before. Although I did own many Naked Palettes I would always stick to Rimmel because its what I was used to and it worked for me but I'm really enjoying trying new brands and building up my collection.

I recently came across Love The Sales who have hundreds of sale items from over 500 retailers which is great for finding items at a great discount so I thought I'd share with you what's currently on my wish list this month.

1. Garnier Cleansing Water - I usually remove my make up with baby wipes or make up wipes the next morning which I know if really bad for you so I've been meaning to buy some cleansing water to remove my make up each night before bed. I always hear great things about this one but if you have any recommendations let me know in the comments below!

2. Soap and Glory Primer - I recently bought my first ever primer The Porefessional by Benefit which I've liked using however I would like to try out some others to see if there are better ones. I love soap and glory products so have been wanting to pick this up when I next pop into Boots.

3. St Tropez Face Tan - I'm in desperate need of a tan! I'm looking so pale these days especially since not being abroad in around 3 years! I usually go on the sunbeds before going on holiday to top up my tan but I'm trying to avoid doing so this time so have been looking at getting a fake tan.

4. Soap and Glory Solar Powder Bronzer - I love my Rimmel bronzer and have been using the Hoola by Benefit for a couple of months now which is my new favourite however I would like to try some others. I've heard that the Solar Powder by Soap and Glory is really good so I'm eager to try it.

5. Soap and Glory Archery Brow Tint - I have been using the Soap and Glory Archery Brow for ages now and have gone through 3 already so I desperately need to pic up another one as it's ran out yet again.

6. Clinique Anti Blemish Cleansing Foam - I don't currently have a skincare routine apart from taking my make up off with facewipes which I know is really bad for you. I love watching Youtube videos and many of those include morning/evening routines where they show you what they use. I've heard good things about this cleansing foam so I'm willing to give it a try.

7. Ralph Lauren Romance - I am a Marc Jacobs girl through and through but before I started wearing their perfumes I loved Ralph Lauren! I haven't seen this one before so I'm not sure if it's new or old but I'd really like to try it!

8. GHD Curling Tongs - I love my GHD hair straighteners and would love to buy one of their curling tongs instead of a cheap pair as I know they'll last. I'm on my second pair of GHD's and these ones have lasts about 5 years! You can check out the GHD sale here for lots of great deals.

I'd love to hear what's currently on your wish list?

  1. I was just making a little beauty list as I have ran out of makeup all at once this week. I hate when that happens although now I have added so many of these to it too. *off to grab wallet and shop online. I am not good at knowing what's good so I love a good beauty wish list helps me get to know what's out there. Thanks lovely for sharing.
