It's Sunday evening and I'm currently sat eating one of my Grazebox snacks which I signed up to earlier this month. I have always been interested in signing up to them but as I'm a fussy eater and don't really like healthy food with nuts, fruit or seed based products so I always turned my nose up at it. I'm trying to eat healthier and cutting back on the junk food so thought I'd share with you all my meal plan for the week ahead. I do tend to decide what I like on each day so may swap the meals around and have cut down to just one take away a week now. The kids will sometimes eat what I'm having or have pizza or fish fingers and potato wedges with what ever veg I'm having. Although Harry does tend to eat anything I put in front of him, Amelia is still a super fussy eater and won't try new foods.
Grilled Sea bass with lemon cous cous and vegetables
Duck breast with crushed potatoes and tender stem broccoli
At work (kids will have what ever their dad will cook them usually curry)
Nando's style chicken with lemon and herb, jacket potato and salad
Joe's Chicken Pie from Joe's Lean In 15 Book (not tried this yet but all of his other meals have been amazing so far!)
Roast Chicken dinner with all the trimmings
For lunches if we're at home we tend to eat paninis, jacket potatoes, soup and sandwiches.
