What's On Amelia's Bookshelf: Winter Edition

As we are nearly in December I thought it was time I switched up Amelia's books on her bookshelves and get out the winter books before her Christmas ones go up later next month. I haven't been that great at changing them around this year compared to last year when I would change them at every holiday occasion or season. I often get asked where I buy the kids books from and the majority of the time I buy them from Amazon or eBay however I do also love popping our local The Works shop when ever I'm in town as they have a fantastic range of kids books! I'd definitely recommend popping in there this Friday and snatching up some of their Black Friday deals to stock up on your kids book collections.

Here are Amelia's winter books:

Amelia's favourites by far are Little Lost Penguin, Stick Man and The Gruffalo's Child and she has been asking to read these every night before bed recently. I love that she's enjoying books more now and will actually sit down and read them herself or ask me to read them to her where as previously she wouldn't sit still to read them. I'll be sharing our Christmas book collection next month as we have a few new additions which we bought from The Works and I'll also be doing a book advent calendar again this year as we really enjoyed doing it last year.

Do you have any of the books displayed above? I'd love to hear if you have any winter book recommendations for kids!
