WEEKLY MEAL PLAN #8



Hi everyone, hope you've all had a lovely weekend. I've recently changed my food delivery date to Tuesdays with the Tesco delivery saver plan to save £17+ a month so I now do my meal plan over the weekend and order it on Sunday evening to arrive tomorrow. This week I've decided to try and eat a bit healthier as these past few months I've not exactly been eating the healthiest of meals so you may notice a change in the meals I've decided to cook this week. If you have any healthy meal ideas please do let me know as I'm trying to cut back on the chips and have more vegetables instead.

Meals for the week

Lemon sole, new potatoes, couscous and broccoli
Chicken breast stuffed with goats cheese wrapped in bacon served with rice
Homemade goats cheese and rocket pizza
Basil-Ricotta Stuffed Chicken Breast - recipe here
Thai Prawn Chilli And Lemon Grass Fishcakes with couscous and broccoli
Salmon with asparagus and new potatoes

  1. I love food planning - it definitely helps after a busy day of work to come home and know what I'm going to cook. It also helps me stay healthy and not reach for the take away menu. I might add the fishcakes to my meal plan this week as they sounds delicious.

  2. I have just started to take my meal planning seriously and posted my meal plan on the blog as well in the hope it incentivises me to stick to it. Sounds like some great meals ahead. The lemon sole sounds really nice :)
