How are we already in the fifth month of the year? It only feels like Harrison was born yesterday when in actual fact he'll be four months old tomorrow! Which is just crazy! I now have a three year old and a four month old, which is working out to be a pretty good age gap.
Harrison loves watching his big sister and doesn't take his eyes off her when she's in the same room. He lets out the biggest chuckles when she sings to him or pulls funny faces it's so sweet to watch. She will sit down next to him and tickle him, stroke his face and give him kisses and talk to him about her day which I find hilarious to watch. She isn't as nervous about sitting next to him or being next to him now and I think thats down to the fact that he's bigger and not so fragile anymore. She's still ever so gentle with him but isn't afraid to poke at him or stroke his head where as she would refuse to begin with. Every morning when she comes into our room and Harry has woken she will shout "Morning Harry" repeatedly and she always asks him how he is. She has so much compassion for him and I can tell she loves her baby brother.
As Harrison is still so young there's not too much of a sibling relationship yet but I can definitely see that growing each month already and it's changed so much since he was born. I can't wait until he is just that little bit older so they can play together and roll over, run around and play and chase each other.
I can't wait to see how their relationship has grown in another four months.
