WEEKLY FOOD SHOP & MEAL PLAN #5

Sorry no grocery haul from me this week as we've been having problems with out boiler so have had workmen in and out of the house all weekend and I just didn't get time to film one. I'm really enjoying sharing my meal plans each week as they keep me motivated and I don't end up having 3-4 takeaways a week like I used to. I've noticed I'm also saving more money each week and I'm not wasting as much at the end of the week either which is good. I've been trying for the longest time to stick to a meal plan to budget but I never could, however recently I've realised I needed to budget more and this has definitely been one way to save a bit of money off the monthly bills.

Here's what I'll be cooking this week in no particular order:

Baked Honey Garlic Chicken using this recipe here

Homemade pizza and chips

Chicken or Prawn Thai green curry with prawn crackers

Chicken Alfredo pasta

Roast chicken dinner

Fish and chips with mint mushy peas

Takeaway of choice one evening

What will you be eating this week?
