WEEKLY FOOD SHOP & MEAL PLAN #4


Hope you've all had a lovely Easter weekend, I know I've eaten far too much chocolate that's for sure! I'm back again with another meal plan and will also be sharing my weekly food shop haul later on this evening. I'm quite enjoying meal planning recently and I've noticed that I'm not wasting half as much food at the end of the week as I use to! Although I meal plan for the week, I don't decide what we'll have to eat in advance as I'm always changing my mind depending on the day so the meals I plan for are any day of the week.

This weeks plan:
#1 
Beer Battered Fish Goujons served with homemade chips and mint mushy peas
#2
I've gone off Roast dinners lately with all the trimmings so I thought I'd cook a Roast chicken and serve it with homemade chips and gravy instead
#3
Homemade Salmon fishcakes (have some in the freezer), sweet potato fries and broccoli
#4
Beef stir fry in oyster sauce with rice noodles
#5
Chicken stuffed with goats cheese, spinach and sun-dried tomatoes using this recipe here. I will probably serve this with sweet potato fries or new potatoes and veggies
#6
Salt & Chilli Ribs served with homemade chips, coleslaw and corn on the cob
#7 
Takeaway of choice one night when I don't feel like cooking. I'm thinking Chinese this week!



Perhaps not the healthiest of meals but here's what I've been eating recently...

    1. No she doesn't. She has something else. She is very fussy so tends to have pizza and chips or potato and Yorkshire puddings, waffles, chicken dippers etc. x

    1. Haha, yes it's my new planner :) It definitely helps make me stick to it by writing about it and sharing it on here. Otherwise I'd probably have takeaways every night ha! xxx
