Hope you've all had a lovely weekend and have adjusted to the day light savings change. This weeks grocery haul is from Tesco once again purely for convenience as I get it delivered. I did however pop into ASDA in the week to pick up a few extra bits including the ribs which I highly recommend trying out! I enjoy doing my weekly shop online as it stops me from purchasing unnecessary items like tons of chocolate and sweets! I've actually managed to get my food shop down to the £50-60 mark most weeks recently instead of £70-80 which I'm quite impressed with!
Here is this weeks meal plan:
Slow cooked chicken casserole with roast potatoes and veg
Roast chicken with homemade skinny chips and gravy
Fish & chips with mint mushy peas
Chicken wrapped with bacon and philadelphia cheese served with sweet potato fries or mash
Ribs with homemade chips and coleslaw
Tandori chicken kebabs served with wraps and salad or rice
Takeaway of some sort one evening of the week
