{THE ORDINARY MOMENTS 15} #13 DAYS OUT WITH THE GRANDPARENTS

Amelia loves spending time with her grandparents and has become really close with them this past year which is so lovely to watch. We're lucky that my parents only live 20 minutes away by car so we get to see them regularly and my mum also takes Amelia to playgroup every Monday which they both love as they get to spend time together.

Both kids have been full of colds this past week so we have been cooped up in the house so when my parents asked if we wanted to go out for the day with them on Friday to get out of the house it was only natural that I said yes! When I was pregnant with Harrison we enjoyed many Sunday afternoons out all together and Amelia's relationship with them both grew a whole lot stronger. She would always get extremely excited when they turned up at the door or if I mentioned that we were going to see them and would look forward to our days out.

We decided to go to a local adventure park called Greenwood Forest and since the last time we went was a year ago there was so much more for Amelia to do this time. Although the weather wasn't that great, it didn't rain and we had a lovely day out. Amelia was joined at the hip to my dad as she always is and she loved doing activities and playing with him in the adventure parks.

I look forward to watching their relationship grow over the years and I also look forward to many days out as a family.

Here are some photo's from our day out together...

    1. Thanks Kelly. I would definitely recommend it. We took Amelia last year about a year ago and although there was plenty for her to do then she had much more fun this time round. Theres a lot for toddlers to do but I think the best age to go would be 4-6 as it's more suitable for their age.

Thank you, it's from John Lewis :) x
