SIBLINGS - MARCH

How on earth are we already half way through the month of March? This year is flying by, Harrison will be two months old on Monday and Amelia will be three next month! We've not really done much this past month apart from a few walks in the countryside and lazy days playing at home.

The only way I seem to be able to get a photo of them both together is when one of them is sat in some sort of contraption. As you'll notice if you look back on the two previous months Harry is sat in his bouncer, on the play mat or lying on the beanbag. Amelia still isn't keen on holding her baby brother which I think is down to the fact that she doesn't want to hurt him more than anything as she is really good with him otherwise. I'm hoping it's just a phase and 6 months down the line I can have some lovely photos of them both together.

I recently ventured out and braved doing the food shop for the first time with both of the kids, I have been doing it online for the longest time now ever since Amelia was born as it was simply easier however I needed a few things so decided to go on my own whilst Andy was at work. It was no where near as bad as I had imagined, I know many parents all over the world do this on a weekly basic and some with more kids but Amelia has never been that great when we go out shopping so I was dreading it. Plus she doesn't really like to sit in the trolley anymore however I managed to get her to go in it luckily otherwise it would have been a lot harder with her running around the supermarket. Harrison slept the whole time thankfully, so it may be a different story next time but I will try and do it more often.

  1. We find that putting P2 in the actual trolley gives us more stress free time to shop and she holds the scanner thing as we go round (not sure if they're in all shops yet). P3 usually cries mid shop and we'll never ever go with all three girls.

  2. Those photos are gorgeous. I remember those days of having two and doing the food shop. We'd often go for a walk around the supermarket just to get out but a few months later I found it too much and bought a delivery pass for shopping online - amazing investment! x
PS, like your new simple menu bar, minimalist and works well x

  3. I so get you with the online grocery shopping. I've been doing it that way ever since my baby was born so I think you're so brave going to the actual shops with 2.

  4. Gosh, you're brave doing the food shop with both of them!! Ever since my babies arrived we've been getting Mr Tesco to deliver ours!! The thought of trying to get round the supermarket with twins in tow is not pleasant!! ;) #Siblings

  5. Ahhh it's always lovely to get out with them even if it's grabbing the milk. I like the interacting with others and showing my babies off. Lol grocery shopping is a favorite for us. Don't worry they soon will be hugging and kissing on each other in no time. Lots to photograph them together. Buba wasn't too keen to hold MM either at first. Lovely siblings bond starting between yours though. So sweet.

  6. Aww these are cute photos. I used to take my two with me to the shops after trying online shopping once and it being a nightmare. I forgot so much I had to go to the shop the next day anyways LOL! Mind you, now mine are both in school and I go shopping by myself. It's great LOL!
