MY NEW BEST FRIEND | Theraline Pillow

As I'm nearing the end of my second pregnancy I thought it was about time that I shared my must have items which have helped me through the third and final trimester. Apart from heartburn and needing to get up to use the bathroom in the night the only thing keeping me awake was the fact that I couldn't get in a comfortable position and would keep tossing and turning the majority of the night. These pillows have literally become my best friends and I've only been using them for the past 5 weeks or so seeing as that's when my bump started growing and it became uncomfortable to sleep.

We were kindly sent the Theraline Original Pregnancy & Baby Feeding pillow in Rose MicroPlush and the Plushy Moon pillow in the Mallow design. I started off using the plushy moon pillow as it was small and just what I needed to ease that bit of weight off my bump during the night. I've not suffered from any backache this pregnancy the only discomfort I'm getting at night is from my belly so it's nice to have something to relief that.

The Plushy Moon pillow is a handy pillow for belly-support and nursing. It can also be used as a comfortable neck pillow, a reading cushion and also as a support for when your baby starts to sit up. It has many functions and is a very flexible pillow offering your support just where you need it. It barely takes up any room in the bed and I tend to sleep with it between my legs and one side under my bump. I'm looking forward to using this when breastfeeding the little man when he arrives and I'm sure it will get much more use out of.

The original micro beads provide both perfect nestling and stable support. Its individuality is granted to millions of free flowing beads as fine as sand grains. These unique beads are anti-allergenic, easy to wash and naturally odourless and free of pollutants. Fabulously cozy terry micro plush with ultra-flexible stretch fabric filled with original micro beads create a level of sleeping and relaxation comfort never experienced before. Your head is always in the perfect position. The Plushy Moon is available in a range of 6 different colours and can be purchased here for £23.95 which I think is amazing for such a high quality product.

The Original Theraline Maternity & Nursing Pillow is the perfect pillow for pregnancy and nursing. I've only recently started using this pillow in the last couple of weeks and oh boy have I been missing out! It's so comfy to lie on and I love snuggling up to it at night. It doesn't take up as much room and I thought it would and Andy hasn't complained about it getting in the way. I am alternating between both pillows at the moment as some nights I prefer to sleep with the smaller one.

It has a filling made of millions of sand-like micro breads which are as light as a feather. This amazing filling conforms to the shape of your body, no matter what position you are in... whether lying down or sitting up and, unusual for a pillow, it always remains firmly in place without giving way. It is antiallergenic, warm and breathable and can be washed at 40° C which is great for when your little one spits up on it. Available to purchase for £44.95 and in a large range of colours to suit everyone.

I would highly recommend purchasing a Theraline pillow if you are suffering from bad back ache, strain on your belly or if you're willing to try anything in order to get a good nights sleep! I regret not purchasing a pillow when I was pregnant with Amelia especially in the final weeks of pregnancy when it's the most uncomfortable time. Head on over to the Theraline website to find a pillow to suit your needs.

  1. This pillow looks exactly what I needed all this time! But it is a bit too late to purchase now being 34 weeks pregnant. I usually just stuff a bit of blanket underneath the bump.

    1. I've only just recently started using it this past month or so as that's when my bump has grown. It can also be used after birth so you'd definitely get good use out of it :) x

  2. I just need this pillow! It’s a huge challenge to start a business and a blog! for a working mom. I work part-time as an editor and have practically no time for anything else. How do you managed all that?
