#MYSTRESSFREE & GIVEAWAY

Most people like to relax by having a bath or a good pamper session - not me. Things that most people find relaxing just don't seem to work for me! I'm not a fan of baths, I don't paint my nails and a pamper night in or spa day is just not my style. Reading doesn't even relax me either, I can't tell you the last time I read a book it just doesn't interest me plus when do I have time to sit down and read a book?

So, you may be wondering what on earth I do to relax and keep stress at bay? Retail therapy! I spend the majority of my free time sat behind my laptop screen which is most evenings unless I am at work. Apart from blogging you will see my scrolling through many websites and spending my hard earned cash usually on rubbish that I don't really need but right now that is Christmas presents and decorations.

Gone are the days were I no longer have the stress of rushing around the shops before Christmas, fighting over the last item on the shelf, and queuing for hours! It just stresses me out thinking about it all! I'd much rather be sat in the comfort of my own home, with a hot chocolate watching corrie and shopping online!

One of my favourite places to shop online is Amazon! They have anything and everything you can imagine, and are great for gifts or just treating yourself to something nice. I find myself literally spending hours upon hours browsing through their daily deals and adding things to my every growing list of wish lists.

I have teamed up with StressFreePrint and a group of bloggers to share #MyStressFree just in time for National Stress Awareness Day which is on November 5th! They have very kindly given me a £50 gift voucher for my chosen way to de-stress which is by shopping of course! Not only that, they have also supplied a £50 gift voucher for me to give away to one lucky winner for you to choose how to de-stress at home yourself.

To be in with the chance of winning this voucher all you need to do is enter via the Rafflecopter below telling me how you like to de-stress. You must answer the question to be entered into the giveaway however all other entires are optional. This giveaway is open to UK residents only and will end on November 19th 2014.

Good luck!
