BED HABITS: HOW SLEEP PATTERNS ARE DISRUPTED BY SURPRISING BEDTIME HABITS

Do you have any interesting bedtime habits? Carpetright who are one of the UK's leading bed retailers have done a case study on the UK's bedtime habits and have some rather interesting results to share which you can view below.

How many of these can you associate with? Do you have a partner who snores? Do you have to watch TV to fall asleep? There are so many bedtime habits that can disrupt your sleeping pattern and lifestyles. For me it's sleeping next to my phone and I usually have to play on it until I'm ready to fall to sleep. I'm also bad at pressing snooze far too many times especially now the mornings are darker I just don't want to get out of bed.

Carpetright have also teamed up with Life With Munchers who are running a competition alongside the above infographic to give you the chance to win a double bed worth £299 to ensure the lucky winner gets a good night's sleep! Go on, what are you waiting for? Head on over to the blog and enter now for your chance to win this fantastic prize!
