With The X-Factor back on our screens until Christmas I am looking forward to watching this years series throughout the winter months. I didn't manage to get into it last year however I have always been a fan enjoying the auditions the most! With the return of Simon Cowell and Cheryl Cole, this series has already started off pretty interesting to say the least. I can't wait to find out who get's what category soon.
Gone are the days where we would be out on a Saturday night, now that we are parents what I love the most about the X-factor apart from the singing and laughter of course, is that we can have X-Factor nights in once Amelia is in bed, invite friends round, pig out on snacks, order a takeaway, make cocktails and have a fun night in or snuggle up in front of the fire if it's just the two of us.
This year I can't wait to count down the weeks until the finals over the festive period, with the evenings getting darker Saturday nights have started to become much cosier! It's not often that we're both off on a Saturday night but we do get the odd occasion where we can do this. Then the nights when I'm on my own I can enjoy a pamper evening in the lead up to my due date.
So with Cheryl back in the running for winning category this year, she also has tough competition against new judge Mel B and returning judge Simon Cowell! Depending on who gets which group, I still think Cheryl may win!
