LOVE BOO MUMMY SKINCARE

Back in July we were very kindly sent the Summer skin kit from Love Boo to try out throughout my pregnancy. I hadn't used any of the products until more recently as I didn't need to but now my bump is finally growing now and definitely needs some pampering.

Love Boo is a lovely collection of luxurious natural skin, bath and beauty products for both new mums and their babies all made in the UK. All of their bath and beauty products are gorgeously packaged and reasonably priced. We already use the baby skin care range with Amelia and love it! It's the only shampoo and conditioner that we've tried that actually works on her crazy hair and leaves it so soft.

The Summer skin care kit is aimed at those who wish to help firm, tone and buff your body beautiful with luxiourous and natural skincare treats. These products will leave your skin feeling firmer, smoother and glowing which is perfect if you're wanting silky-soft skin fast! All of the products are safe to use whilst pregnant and nursing.

The summer skin kit contains:

• Silky Soft Body Wash, 250ml
• Super Stretchy Miracle Oil, 100ml
• Bosom Buddy, 125ml
• Soft & Creamy Body Smoother, 190ml

This silky soft body wash left my skin feeling fresh and revitalised after showering, you only need a tiny sized blob to wash your entire body when using a body buff or sponge which is great when your bump is bigger and you can't bend over.

The Bosom Buddy is best applied on slightly damp skin when it's warm and more absorbent. It's recommend to rub in circular movement from below your boobs up to your neck every day. The Aragon oil softens and tightens the chest area helping to reduce the appearance of stretch marks if you are prone to getting them in that area. I love using this to make my skin softer and it leaves a lovely lemony scent too.

I've only used this twice so far as I don't really have a bump yet but I wanted to start using it before I got bigger. I didn't get any stretch marks last pregnancy but I'll do anything to prevent them again this time. I applied this as soon as I got out of the bath when my skin was still damp to absorb quickly. It left my skin feeling soft and smells amazing! I will definitely be using it more regularly now so can't wait to let you know what I think further down the line.

If you apply the body smoother straight after applying the Miracle oil, it will seal in the moisture and leave you with the silkiest skin ever. Definitely true! I love how soft this feels when applying, and doesn't leave your hands all sticky which is always a bonus.

I have enjoyed using these products so far and can't wait to continue to use them throughout my pregnancy to leave my skin feeling smooth and silky. I am also planning on buying some of the post-pregnancy range as they will be great for relaxing...if I have time for that!

The Summer skin kit retails at £50.00 and would also make a perfect gift for any pregnant mum-to-be especially as a baby shower gift. You can also buy all of the above product separately which is great for mix and matching. If you are pregnant or looking for a lovely gift for a pregnant friend I would highly recommend taking a look at the Love Boo skincare range.

You can view the Love Boo website here and also follow them on Twitter & Facebook

* We were gifted a Summer skin kit in return for this honest review.
