Baby Buys #2

Hi everyone, hope you've all had a lovely weekend. We've had a few more deliveries since my last baby buys haul so I thought I would share with you what we have bought for baby boy so far. As I've  previously mentioned I like neutral baby items and not too keen on bright colours. His nursery is going to be pretty neutral too with the odd bit of colour thrown in here and there so here's what we've bought:

I bought some of these Aden + Anais swaddle blankets from Amazon which I can't wait to use. I've heard to many great things about them, we didn't use swaddles with Amelia when she was born. But I like the fact that these can be used for pretty much anything! I love the star design on them too, and will be picking up a few different blankets in different designs before he is born.

Of course we had to get a Sophie le Giraffe, Amelia had one and loved it when she was younger especially when she was teething.

I saw these muslin squares on eBay from Baroo and thought they would come in handy. We still need to buy more muslin squares, I didn't actually use many with Amelia but will try to this time round.

I've wanted a Boppy pillow ever since I had Amelia however back then they were rather difficult to find in the UK. I managed to find this one on Amazon for around £25 although it has the pink cover it was actually cheaper to buy it with a cover than without. I've bought some custom boppy pillow covers from Etsy in cute designs which go nicely with his nursery decor.

How cute are these teething rings? I bought them from Etsy and planning on buying a few more soon. There are so many lovely designs!

I've kind of gone for a neutral and star theme in the nursery, although not too over the top with the stars. I liked the white and grey stars and managed to find these blackout curtains from George at Asda which will go perfectly. I've also bought the lampshade for the ceiling light.

These wicker baskets will be great for the wardrobe for keeping things neat and tidy. I'll probably end up putting blankets/swaddles in one and other random bits in the other. They were £10 each and both from eBay.

I came across this play mat whilst on the Piccoli and Co website and fell in love!! I thought it would be perfect for his nursery and also for lounging around on downstairs. It's not cheap but I just couldn't resist.

I bought this countdown plaque from eBay, I know its far too early to be counting down but I'll most probably use it for the last 10 weeks.

Grey stripe blanket - M&S / Cotbed duvet - John Lewis / Blue star blanket - George

Everything above is from H&M, I've never bought anything baby wise from there as I could never find anything I liked for Amelia. However they do have some cute baby boy clothes at the moment along with many basics.

All of the above is from Pumpkin Patch. I love Pumpkin Patch and the first ever baby items we bought for Amelia were from there. I bought some more body suits and a couple of t-shirts as well as a cute hat.

Lots of stripes in this order! All of these are from Mothercare and Matalan. I think it's fair to say we now have enough clothes for baby boy until he's at least 6 months! I've bought a range of newborn, 0-3, 3-6 months and even some 6-9 months. I may need a few more newborn bits depending on how big or small he is when born but for the most part I think we have a fair amount.

The next baby buys haul will most probably be bits for the nursery as I'm still waiting for many items to arrive from Etsy so once they're all here I will share.
