Buying a house can be a rather difficult challenge, especially if you are trying to get on the property ladder for the first time. The average person in the UK doesn't buy their own house until they are 30 unless they have parental help. Many people struggle to get the deposit together and it seems to be a hurdle that many first time buyers can't seem to climb over. We are currently rending and have been since I moved out back in 2011. With the price of living increasing it's becoming harder to save as monthly bills have become more expensive. We would love to own our own home one day and will continue to save until we are able to.
