Ice Cream At The Seaside

Yesterday Afternoon we took a spontanious trip down the coast to a lovely little town about an hour away from us. The weather was gorgeous and we thought we'd make the most of it before it changes again! When we arrived, the sun had disappeared however it was still nice to take a stroll around the town and see what was about. Amelia had just fallen asleep in the car when we arrived so we put her in the pushchair. Ever since our car broke down in October I've missed out day trips out, we used to venture out every opportunity we had so now we finally have a car again it's nice to be able to explore new places we usually wouldn't visit. Of course a day by the seaside couldn't be without a yummy ice cream now could it? Perhaps we shouldn't have given Amelia her own one as it ended up everywhere ha ha! Next time she can share ours I think!

What are you most looking forward to this summer?

    1. Looks like a lovely time! I wish we could go to the seaside more often, but living smack bang in the middle of Birmingham means we couldn't get much further from the seaside if we tried!

  7. Gorgeous shots here. What I'M most looking forward to, is what I did yesterday - sitting in the garden, in the sun, with friends while the children play happily by themselves. It's blissful!
