Gift A Book This Easter: Lost My Name Review

Last week Amelia received a beautiful personalised children's picture book in the post for Easter. I think that books are a great alternative gift to give rather than chocolate or sweets, especially for younger children. Amelia will be getting many new books to read this Easter some of which will be in her Easter basket which you can see here, of course she will still get an Easter egg or two but I think giving books is great to encourage a love for reading from an early age which is why I always give her books on every special occasion.

These books are targeted at children between the age of 2 and 6 years old and tells the story of a child who has lost his or her names and sets off on a journey to track down the missing letters. I really like the idea behind the story, it's slightly different to any other personalised book I've seen because your child's name makes the story. They wake up one morning and realise that they have lost their name and go on an adventure and collect letters along the way meeting an array of mysterious creatures assisting them to find the right letters. Then at the end realise that the letters they have collected spell their name.

Of course seeing as Amelia is only 23 months and doesn't know how to spell her name yet or calls her self "me me me" she is a little young to appreciate the book just yet but she did get excited when I said her name at the end. We have read it a few times before bed and I can definitely see it becoming a fond favourite as she grows. The print quality and illustrations in the book are simply amazing! The book is in A4 landscape and very easy to read as well as being very well made which is great for toddler hands!

The book costs £18.99 which is pretty reasonable in my opinion as it's a book which will last for years! You can order your own book for your child or a loved one by simply visiting the website  www.lostmy.name and following the step by step instructions of inserting the child's name and whether they are a girl or boy and then you can purchase the book. Please note these books do take around 8 days to be made and sent out so do order in plenty of time before Easter to avoid disappointment.

You can also receive 15% off your order by using the code: HappyEaster

Disclaimer: I was provided with two complimentary  books for the purpose of this review. All opinions are my own, and are as always 100% honest.

  3. The sudden loss of hair could be a signal of an underlying medical problem that
requires immediate treatment. Because these supplements do not
contain harsh chemicals, it can be used over time without
causing long-term side effects. By the time men reach 50 years of age 50%
    of the men become bald.

  4. The oil is used in a number of hair and skin care products.
Check out the salon's eyewear, or consider buying your own. If you have really dry skin, I would recommend exfoliating before applying the tan towel.
