Hi everyone I hope you're all having a lovely Easter Sunday! After recently jumping on the Bento Bandwagon a couple of weeks ago I have been enjoying making these boxes and Amelia has been eating slightly better than she used to! I made Amelia an Easter themed Bento lunch yesterday which went down a treat! It's amazing how a sandwich cut differently can taste better than just cut into ordinary squares and how crackers can taste nicer presented in a pretty cup rather than just spread out on a plate.
Featured in Amelia's Easter Bento Lunch:
- Popcorn
- Vanilla Yoghurt With Easter Sprinkles
- Oddities Cheese Cracker Bites
- Strawberries
- Baby Carrot Sticks
- Sliced Banana (Inside Plastic Egg)
- Dairylea Sandwich Cut Into a Bunny
Keep an eye out for more Bento posts coming soon, I've had many questions about them and a lot of you have wanted to start too which I love to hear. I would highly recommend trying them if your child is a fussy eater, as I've seen a slight improvement with Amelia so far.
Have you tried Bento Lunches with your little ones? If so let me know below as I'd love to check out your creations.
Have a lovely Easter!

ReplyDeleteIt's little icing eyes I bought them off ebay :) x
DeleteOh that's so cute, I love the bunny sandwich but I was also wondering about the eye, is it an icing dot of the sort you get to put on cakes? I keep meaning to try bento lunches with my girls, I remember how much we all loved 'faces' lunch when we were little! Happy Easter!
ReplyDeleteThank you, that's right its a icing eye thing. I was looking for something a bit more realistic but thought they would do :) You definitely should! They will love them! x
