Hi everyone, hope you're all having a lovely weekend. Today I thought I would share with you our first week of Amelia's bento boxes as I've had so many questions and emails about these after I have been posting them on Instagram, I thought it would be good to share on here too. I will be doing a post answering your questions soon about Bento for those interesting in giving it a go so do keep an eye out for that.
We are now at the end of our second week and have seen a slight progress as Amelia has been trying a few new foods. She tends to eat her favourites from the dish first and then will play with the rest or I help her finish it off as she will only eat about half of it. She still won't touch the meat and vegetables and some of the fruit but the main thing is she has tried a few of them which is better than just refusing like she used to. I will definitely keep it up and hopefully she will try them soon!
