Pancakes And Panini's

March has kicked off with a great start and we've had a lovely week so far. On Monday my panini machine arrived which I have been indulging in paninis all week! They are just so good and make quick and easy lunches, I wish I had bought it sooner! My favourite fillings are bacon, brie & cranberry, or chicken, mozzarella and bacon or tuna melt. On Tuesday it was pancake day of course, which meant I could stuff my face with pancakes all day! My favourite topping/filling is blueberries or strawberries but as we only had strawberries in they had to do.

Also on Tuesday I arrived home to a gorgeous bunch of flowers and was surprised to find out that they were from some lovely friends so thank you again, Vikki, James, Lotte and Nicola! They definitely cheered me up after a tough few days and are now proudly sat on my window sill in the living room for all to see.

  4. I'd love to get a Panini machine but am afraid that after a few weeks of stuffing ourselves silly with them it would sit gathering dust like the sandwich toaster :D (NIKKI HAYES)
