Mia Tui, The Perfect Bag For Busy Mums

As a mum to a 21 month old I've had my fair share of experiences with changing bags. I have come across many which I love and still to this day use religiously and others which are unfortunately at the back of my closet. I have come to find that I like a large bag which will hold all of our essentials, one which can be used for many different uses.

When I was recently contacted by Mai Tui, I was asked a few questions on our day to day life so they could match up with the perfect bag for us. I was recommended the Ella which is actually the bag I would have chosen myself. The Mai Tui arrived in a big pink shopper bag which is really handy as I can fold it up and keep it in my new changing bag for popping out to the shops.

The Ella bag is the perfect all round changing bag and can be used as a handbag, changing bag, weekend bag or even work bag. I wanted to step out of my comfort zone and choose a coloured back but unfortunately the Aubergine was out of stock so black was my next choice! The inside of the bag in a gorgeous hot pink which really stands out. There are many pockets for you to keep all of your essentials leaving the main compartment of your bag much tidier. You are also provided with two extra little bags which would be great for keeping your stuff separate to baby's and the other one for what ever you decide to put in it. The clear one would be great to keep your make up in or liquids when going abroad.

Inside the bag there are two insulated bottle holders which are great if you have younger baby, I find that they're great for keeping Amelia's juice bottle in now and the other holder I use for either my drink or umbrella. The front of the bag holds a small pocket which is big enough for keeping my phone in and any other bits and bobs I may need to get to quickly. As you can see there's plenty of room inside the bag for all of our essentials, plenty of nappies, a big pack of wipes, Amelia's juice bottle, both small zip bags and other bits.

The Ella also comes with an adjustable removable strap which is great if you wish to use it as a changing bag you can attach it to your pushchair and when you want to use it just as a handbag you ca remove it and use the two shorter straps. The bag is waterproof inside and out and I have to say it does live up to it's expectations! There's nothing worse than getting caught out in the rain and you get home to find the entire contents of your changing bag soaked through!

This bag has been everywhere with us since it arrived and I am thoroughly enjoying using it. I can't wait to get more use out of it over the summer when we go on any trips and days out. I also look forward to taking it to London in June when I attend Britmums as it's the perfect sized bag! I would highly recommend this bag to any mum looking for a beautiful bag which doesn't look like a changing bag but serves it's purpose! If you're not keen on the colour do check out the website for a huge range of other bags and colours.

The Ella bag is available to purchase for just £58 which I think is really reasonable for a bag like this as I have other bags which are worth more but in my opinion aren't as well made as this. I think it will last a really long time as it is very well made and seems pretty strong. I would love to use it in the future with baby number 2 and I can see it being big enough for baby and toddler essentials.

You can take a look at the Ella bag here or check out the website for other designs.
