Work Out Gear

As some of you may know I received a cross-trainer for Christmas from Andy, and my my new nike trainers which he designed and bought have finally arrived too. One thing I am lacking in is gym wear! I used to be signed up to the gym many year ago but actually only went three times in the whole year. Yes THREE times!! Ha ha! You could say I'm not the most active person, I don't exercise and am very lazy but I would like to tone up so one of my New Years resolutions this year was to do just that! With the help of my new cross-trainer I will be working out 3-5 times a week.

I have come across many brands and types of gym wear and the ones I prefer are the colourful and tight  bottoms. I prefer to have the leggings and shorts as less baggy as possible and especially as I have thin legs it can be quiet hard to get some which are! I have found a few pairs of 3/4 workout tights which seem pretty slim fitting which will do perfectly. I am also looking to buy a few slogan t-shirts as these are always fun to work out in and great for motivation! I already have the pink sports bra above and it's great! I may buy a few more so I have a couple of outfits to alter.

To begin with I think I'll slowly get into it by working out 3-5 times a week first thing in the morning maybe while Amelia's having her breakfast. I've put the cross-trainer in the kitchen as theres a lot of space there and it's not in the way so I can easily keep an eye on her while working out. When I did go to the gym for those 3 times I enjoyed using the cross-trainer and treadmill the most which is why I really wanted one. I like the fact I can watch the iPad whilst on it and also sit down if I wish.

Where do you get your workout gear from?
