The Fine Bedding Company

For the past month I have been sleeping in luxury, not exaggerating! I've honestly had the best nights sleep in over 18 months! Any parent will know too well that once you bring a child into the world your sleep pattern is completely turned upside down! I used to love having a lie in, now my lie ins are 8am if I am lucky! I would do anything to be able to lay in bed until 10am snuggled up under a nice comfy duvet. Seeing as I won't be able to do that anytime soon I have to make the most of my duvet during the night!

I was recently sent a new duvet to try out from The Fine Bedding Company. After answering some questions about my sleep experience, their sleep expert team recommended a duvet they thought would help me get a better night's sleep. During the night my partner Andy would usually be too cold, whereas I like having the duvet over the bottom half of me and usually throw it off during the night if I get too warm. I also wanted a duvet which was easy to wash as with little one you can never be too careful and Amelia usually comes into our room a lot.

The Fine Bedding Company know that it's important for people to choose a duvet that suits their particular needs and that there are quite a few factors to consider when choosing the perfect bedding. The Fine Bedding Company's products are aimed at 'Lovers of A Great Night's Sleep' and have just launched more than 10 new products to their collection!

The Fine Bedding Company sent us the 10.5 tog Spundown duvet to review from their Synthetic range. The duvet turned up just in time as the nights were getting colder. I like the fact that the duvet arrived in a nice bag rather than a plain plastic bag or box and it means I can pack it away when it gets warmer and bring out my lighter tog duvet. The Spundown duvet offers the ultimate comfort and convenience. It can be washed at home time and time again which is a big plus for me. The advanced Smartfil fibres are highly compressible which allows the duvet to fit in the washing machine.

When I first got the duvet out and spread it across the bed it felt and looked like one of those plush duvets you get in luxury hotels. It's not too heavy but it feels luxurious and fluffy! I love climbing into bed at night after putting on my heated mattress and then snuggling to sleep in the duvet. We have washed this duvet and it's kept its luxurious feel, we will see if it lives up to it's expectations.

Now if only I can get to a morning in bed - maybe I'll ask Andy on his day off to get up with Amelia so I can!

I would highly recommend heading over to The Fine Bedding Company's website to find out what duvet they'd advice for you to buy. We were sent the Spundown 10.5 tog duvet in King size however they do have a number of options available to suit your budget and requirements.

* We have been sent the Spundown duvet for the purpose of this review. All opinions are 100% my own and honest as always.
