Well we couldn't approach the new year without a giveaway now could we!? What better way to start the new year than with an extra £100 in your pocket!? This giveaway is to say a huge huge thank you to everyone who reads my blog and had supported us this year! It truly means a lot that people like to read what I write about even if half of it is rubbish! We have lots of great things planned for 2014 so keep an eye out for those! 

What is the prize I hear you ask? The winner will get their hands on a £100 John Lewis gift card to spend on what ever you wish. All you need to do is enter via the rafflecopter below and let me know what your New Year's resolution is.

  16. To follow a diet to aid sleep as I am a dreadful insomniac - this means giving up stimulants such as tea/coffee/chocolate and eating healthy foods that increase Serotonin levels plus taking B vitamins because deficiency can cause sleep problems - we shall see!

  67. I'm already running a fair bit, but I'm wanting to start a bit of trail running and increase my distance to half marathon, also to get my fitness back to seriously good levels! Starting tomorrow with a simple park run 5km, should get the year to a good start!
