I have been searching high and low for some quick an easy lunch time meals or snacks recently as I tend to just eat junk or grab some sort of fast food. A friend on mine mentioned these chicken goujons which unbeknown to me existed and I thought I'd give them a go! Lets just say I am pretty much hooked on them and have been living off chicken wraps all week! Yummy!
I have been making two types of wraps, one which consists of cajun spices and the other chilli mayo. Both are just as nice and I can't decide which one I like best. They are so quick to make and all you need to do is throw your goujons in the over for 12 minutes, get your wrap ready with salad and which ever sauce you prefer and voila!
If I fancy a wrap for dinner I will also cook some potato wedges to bulk the meal up a bit. I know you can buy these in the frozen section at the supermarket but to be honest I'd much rather make my own.
Garlic chopped finely
Firstly, I wash and chop up my potatoes into wedges and place them in a plastic bowl. I then add a table spoon of olive oil, rosemary herbs, and a clove of garlic chopped finely. I mix all of these together and place in an oven dish. I then sprinkles sea salt over the wedges and place in the oven until cooked.
