Bubba Bag - The Teething Handbag for Babies & Toddlers

Having previously being introduced to Gumigem and also reviewing a teething necklace we have been given the opportunity to try out a brand new Bubba Bag which is the brain child of Jenny McLaughlan, the creator of Gumigem.

The Bubba Bag is a handbag filled with teethers for your little one which includes soft chewable toys.

All babies love to chew on things and especially on things they are not allowed to chew on! For example our Sky remote had teeth marks all over and Amelia also loves to play with our phones and keys. Babies also love pulling things out of bag and putting them back in again. Amelia is always doing this with my changing bag.

The Bubba bag includes;

- A chunky set of car keys, great for reaching the molars
- A chunky credit card with lovely raised numbers which babies love the texture and feel
- A small purse just like mum, with bobbly bits which soothe sore gums
- A little persons sized smart phone, great for imaginative play and chomping on with raised and indented textures.

The bag acts as 5 toys in one and are all suitable from birth right through to the toddler years when they can toddle around with their very own bag! Each item is made of soft, flexible non toxic, washable silicone which is great to know and all of the toys carry the CE mark and everything is suitable from 0M+ except the keys which are for 10M+. The bag is also washable and keeps its shape which is fantastic especially with a toddler who likes to get her mucky hand all over everything!

What I really like about this product is the fact that each toy can be looped onto a dummy clip or toy tie and has a custom slot of this, which makes it great for when out and about to keep your little one entertained and means you still have told of your own car keys!

One suggestion I do have would be to have a choice of colours, for example perhaps a boy and girl version as I would love to buy a girly one for Amelia! That would be so cute with a pink handbag and pink teething toys. I think the original colours are a bit plain, but that's just my opinion. I know they are meant to look real so that's why they are muted slightly.

Overall, I would highly recommend the Bubba Bag to any parent as every child who goes through the teething stage will at some point need comfort and these products are great for doing just that! Another plus is that the Bubba Bag will grow with your child so no need to buy new teething products. Amelia's favourite is most probably the keys followed by the phone and she loves chewing on mine. She can also sit down for ages filling up her bag with items around the house then taking them out, at least it keeps her occupied long enough so I can do the dishes!

You can purchase the Bubba Bag from Gumigem for just £19.99 which in my opinion is pretty reasonable as it would probably cost more to purchase all of the items individually.

For more information about the Bubba Bag visit Gumigem here and also be sure to check out their other range of teething jewellery, you won't be disappointed!

* We were sent a Bubba Bag for the purpose of this review. All opinions are my own and 100% honest.
