What's Been On My Plate This Week

As some of you may know I am trying to eat healthier and stay away from all fast food and takeaways. So far it's been going pretty well I must say. It has been one week since I started my healthy eating craze and to be honest I don't fancy a Macdonalds or Chinese takeaway. Probably because the weather is hot and I prefer eating lighter meals. But anyways, I'm doing well that's all that matters. So I thought I would share with you all what I have been eating this past week and maybe you can get some ideas of what to cook and eat yourself.

Breakfast
Spaghetti Carbonara with Prawns and Onion
 Tuna Wrap
Goats Cheese, Caramalised Onion and Rocket
 Very Berry Smoothie
 Chicken Breast and Asparagus
Chicken Kebab with Asparagus and Pitta Bread
 Fruit Kebabs
Eggs Benedict
 Chicken, asparagus and onion kebabs
Bagel with natural yogurt and strawberries
Purple Berry Smoothie
 Fruit Snack
 Asparagus and Smoked Salmon
 Jacket Potato with Potato Salad
Late night snack
Salad for lunch with egg, dried onion bits and strawberries
Homemade Goats cheese, caramelised onion and rocket pizza

What have you been eating this week? I always like to find new recipes or lunch idea, do let me know below!

  8. I've been healthy for a couple of months now, lost 24lbs so far! I've waivered a little this past week but hopefully back on track. Home cooked meals look so much better than takeaway/fast food ones and much better for you too, takeaways is just too convenient and tasty unfortunately! x

  21. Wow, really lovely presentation and photos there! Looks good! I eat a really healthy diet and after a while you adapt to the lack of sugary junk food and really appreciate the good quality and taste of what you're eating. People think I must be deprived but I think they are ;-)
