As some of you may know I am trying to eat healthier and stay away from all fast food and takeaways. So far it's been going pretty well I must say. It has been one week since I started my healthy eating craze and to be honest I don't fancy a Macdonalds or Chinese takeaway. Probably because the weather is hot and I prefer eating lighter meals. But anyways, I'm doing well that's all that matters. So I thought I would share with you all what I have been eating this past week and maybe you can get some ideas of what to cook and eat yourself.
