What's Been On My Plate This Week #2

I am on week two of eating healthy and I have to say it's going pretty well so far. No takeaway and no Macdonalds, so I must be doing good! I am actually enjoying eating and trying new foods that I wouldn't usually eat. I feel so much better and don't feel bloated 24/7 anymore from all the fizzy drink. I hope I can keep this up. You can see what I ate last week here.

 Granola with natural yogurt, strawberries and blueberries
 and again but with banana
  Banana and mango smoothie
 Chicken breast, broccoli, asparagus and goats cheese
 Sir fry with rice noodles and prawns
 Goats cheese, rocket, pepperoni and caramelised onion pizza
 Salad with balsamic glaze and strawberries
 Bagel with smoked salmon, cucumber, Boursin cheese and rocket
 Jacket potato, coleslaw, egg and salad
Tuna and cucumber bagel

  15. It all looks really nice. I have recently cut down on potatoes, Rice and Pasta and have stopped eating bread altogether and I have lost weight and don,t feel bloated any more. I feel so much better.
