Tuna & Cucumber Bagels

I am loving bagels lately! I made some for brunch yesterday morning and they were delicious! This time I tried tuna and cucumber and I can't believe I've not tried it before... I think it may be my new healthy obsession!

Toast the bagel under the grill for a couple of minutes, mix up your tuna with salad cream and may, slice up a few slices of cucumber and sprinkle on a bit of pepper for taste. Yummy!

  1. I love bagels, not had one in ages though. If you like tuna and cucumber, you should try tuna and tomato! Cherry plum tomatoes are best - so, so yummy! Xo

  2. They look delicious. I shall be trying them with my daughter. Trying to get her to eat anything but pasta is a bit of a nightmare at the moment!

  10. That sounds actualy very nice! I would try it with crusty bread roll, or even better, our local Morrisons does amazing sunflower seed buns, they are yummy! It would go nicely with the tuna and cucumber!

  12. I do like the combination of tuna and cucumber, just not so sure about it on a bagel. I can only eat a bagel toasted (I love cinnamon and raisin ones myself) so I'm not sure the combo would work for me. It would have to be in a sandwich of lovely fresh bread for me (be it white, brown or seeded).
