30 Day Get Fit Challenge - Introduction!


I am biting the bullet and trying something new on my blog. Ever since I gave birth I haven't really motivated myself to get fit. Since it's the first day of the month I have decided to start a series of weigh ins and update posts. Every so often I will keep a food diary and note down exercise routines. I am going on holiday in November so I thought this was the perfect time to start. I don't really want to loose weight, I've always been slim, but after giving birth and eating way too much junk food I am now left with an extra few layers of fat around my belly! So my goal is to loose that fat and have a flat stomach and possibly some abs so I can feel comfortable wearing a bikini and also feel heather too!

I have set myself some mini goals to help me and will post these update posts every now and again to keep you updated. So, today I will start off by doing this 30 day challenge where I must eat healthy and exercise. I never exercise, I'm lazy and eat too much junk food so this will be a challenge! I will update you next week...we'll see how I get on.

My goals

- Avoid drinking Fizzy drinks all together!
- Eat healthier meals
- Walk to town instead of drive!
- Sit ups daily
- Look up some heathy recipes
- Meal plan
- Use My Fitness Pal daily
- Drink water!!!

My current stats:
No abs, and podge. 
Start weight - 7st 10lbs
