Review - Pink Lining Yummy Mummy Changing Bag

As a mum myself, I know that one of the most exciting buys for any new or expecting mum aside from the pushchair or cot is definitely a gorgeous changing bag! When I was pregnant I remember browsing the web for that 'perfect changing bag'. One that would stand out from the crowd and would be practical and durable. We were recently lucky enough to be sent the Pink Apple Tree Yummy Mummy Changing Bag from Pink Lining to review perfect for spring and summer coming up! When the bag arrived I immediately fell in love with it!

Not only is this bag absolutely gorgeous it is also very practical! Since having Amelia I have never carried a handbag i'd just throw all of my bits and bobs in the changing bag and they would end up at the bottom. The great thing about the Yummy Mummy bags is that there is a front pocket to store items such as your phone or keys! Perfect! - No more loosing them in the bag. Also inside the bag are numerous pockets enough for both baby items and mummy items. There is a chain to attach your keys and also pockets for pens.

I love the texture of the bag, it has a sort of waxy feeling to it and is easy to wipe clean from spillages. The inside of the bag has the famous pink lining which is a lovely bright pink and makes the bag very girly which I love. The bag is very spacious and I found that I could fit a ton more items in it than any other bag I have used. On either side of the bag there are pockets which can be used for bottles, since Amelia is still breast fed I tend to just put anything in there for easy access when out and about.

The Yummy Mummy Changing Bag also comes with a cushioned changing mat and a wet bag, each featuring cupcakes. The changing mat is very useful especially when out in public as I hate using public changing stations and is also handy for the car or other random places. I love the wet bag as you can keep dirty clothes and nappies in there without getting the rest of the bag wet or smelly.

The changing bag also comes with a detachable, adjustable arm strap which I find really handy. I use it all the time whether its on the pram or when out and about as its much easier to throw over your shoulder than carry. The tote handles are really sturdy and I love the leather look too.

I would definitely recommend the Yummy Mummy Changing bag to any new or expecting mum and also anyone who is looking for a gift for a new mum. The Pink Apple Design would be perfect for any girly girl and they also have more neutral designs too.

This bag retails at £79 and you can see Pink Lining's full range of products here. They have some great gifts and phone cases too. You can follow Pink Lining on Facebook and Twitter to keep up to date with their promotions.

Do you have a Pink Lining bag or would like to buy one when you have a new bundle of joy?

  29. The best thing for the Gooey Mummy baggage is definitely that there is your front side bank so that you can save merchandise just like a person's cellphone and also car keys!
