We were recently sent some Munchkin products to test out and today I will be sharing my thoughts with you all. I will be reviewing them in two different posts so here are the bath time products. Bath time in our house is no doubt Amelia's favourite time of the day. She never wants to come out of it and I'm sure if we left her in there (not that we would) she would quite happily sit and play all night long. Having said that, she doesn't have that many toys to play with.
This Shampoo rinser is just what we needed! Now that Amelia's hair is FINALLY starting to grow, its getting harder to maintain as she just loves to rub her grubby hands in it at meal times which results in sticky hair with bits of food in it. Lovely! So recently we have been washing her hair at the end of bath time and making it a routine. However, we have been struggling to keep the water out of her eyes especially if its just myself bathing her. So I was really happy when I was asked to review the shampoo rinser and it has become a favourite! I found it so easy to grip on to and even with bubbles in the bath I didn't find it slipping out of my hands.
The rinser is also great because it helps keep soap and bubbles of out your babies eyes and I found it to be a decent size instead of using the lid of a shampoo bottle or what ever we could find. When pouring the water over Amelia's head I managed to keep the rim of the rinser close to her head without any water leaking down her face which was great as she usually gets water in her eyes and rubs them resulting in a puffy red eyed baby. It makes less rinses which is great for saving time. This shampoo rinser is also available in blue if you wanted to purchase for your little guy.
This caterpillar spiller is great for bath time! There are seven cups that all link up together and each have a different shaped hole in the middle allowing water to drain through. We had a lot of fun with these and I can see when Amelia gets older they will help with her development as each of them have a number on them. I like the fact that you can stack them all up neatly after use and put them away saves the bathroom looking untidy. They are all nicely bright coloured which is great for teaching your baby the colours. The only thing I found to be a bit of a pain was that they would come undone if you had them all linked up and under the water maybe I didn't link them well enough but either way Amelia loves playing with them so that's a 5/5 from Amelia and I.
Last up are these Munchkin Sea Squirtin' Buddies, we had a lot of fun with these. Amelia loves her rubber ducks and before now will never let them go at bath time however when we introduced these little buddies she did and she now loves them! There are 10 little creatures included in this pack and they all squirt allowing endless bath time fun! They are easy for little hands to grasp so they can be occupied whilst you wash them. They are all bright and vibrant colours which is great for your little one to play with. I think Amelia's favourite is the starfish and pink creature as thats what ended up being in her mouth and hands the majority of bath time. I would definitely recommend buying these for your little ones especially if you're having trouble entertaining them at bath time.
Keep an eye out for another review of Munchkin weaning products next week!
