My Dream Home Office

I have always dreamed about having my own office and being able to work from home. Somewhere where I can express myself and decorate the way I want, organise everything into nice little filing cabinets and have a big mac (computer not burger) on the desk in the middle of the room with a big fluffy rug and a nice comfy chair . Maybe someday hey? But for now I can keep on dreaming and collecting my ideas together on pinterest. I have been looking at desks recently for our office spare room and would love something like dressing table above. I have found various dressing tables online but just can't decide! I don't want a big desk, just something simple so I can place my laptop on, and I thought this dressing table would be perfect for that. I love the wallpaper and think the walnut colour goes well with it. I have been looking for an Eames Chair and have found a similar one which would go great with the dressing table/desk. The tripod floor lamp is a beautiful piece to have in any room but I think it would look great with the other decor and furniture.

Maybe in a few years I will have the office of my dreams, but for now I will decorate it with the budget I have and hopefully it will turn out something like above!

Have you got a home office? I'd love to see!

  3. I really like the things you've picked out. I've redecorated my place 10 times over on Pinterest and someday, I will have a little space of my own. Right now my office is pretty much the laundry room.

  6. Whats up this is somewhat of off topic but I was wanting to know if blogs use WYSIWYG editors or if you have to
manually code with HTML. I'm starting a blog soon but have no coding know-how so I wanted to get advice from someone with experience. Any help would be enormously appreciated!

  56. I love the idea of looking for a simple dressing table for a desk. I guess I should count myself luck to have a desk and my own office. But I have a HUGE executive desk from my husband's previous home. He couldn't wait to share it with me and I can't stand it. I just want a small table with a drawer for pens. Maybe a shelf.
