I've always been a fan of prawns so when I put this dish together lets say I was more than happy with the results. It is such a quick and easy recipe and will literally take you 5 minutes to cook after you have prepared your ingredients. I have been eating it everyday since I decided to make it one day.
Ingredients
Thin rice noodles (I use Morrisons)
Half a bag of cooked peeled King Prawns
Onions (optional)
1 whole lemon
2 cloves of garlic
1 tbs Olive Oil
Broccoli/Carrots
1 tbs Tomato Ketchup
Step by Step
1. Chop up your garlic finely and add to a pan to shimmer, add your olive oil, squeeze of a lemon and tomato ketchup and allow to shimmer for 30 seconds.
2. Place your vegetables in a wok and allow to soften for a minute or two add your prawns and cook for a further minute.
3. Add your rice noodles and mix together cooking for a minute.
4. Ready to serve, and pour the garlic sauce on top of your noodles.
