I always remember reading blogs when you were born and seeing babies around 8 months old and I could never imagine you being that big. Well now you are! You are still so little, yet so big! I can't believe it's been 8 months since we left the hospital with you in the car seat not knowing what to do and how fragile you were. You have grown so much!
So much has changed, you are so happy! There's not a day that goes by where you don't wake up and the first thing you do is give me a big smile!
You have started climbing EVERYTHING not just the sofa and coffee table like last month but now you just want to stand up all the time and if that be up against the wall then so be it. I love it when I sit you down in the middle of the living room and as soon as I sit down your off and climb the coffee table with the cheeky smile because you know you shouldn't. You laugh so much more now too and giggle all the time especially when we tickle you. This past month your lungs have somehow doubled in size ha ha! You use to scream and shout but now you do it to be noticed and for attention. But it's so funny as its louder than the TV and your dad has to pause it.
I can't go anywhere in the house without taking you with me! Unless I put you in the Jumperoo. But if I go upstairs, you come with me. I love to let you crawl around up there as the floor is much softer and you crawl so fast now! You are just so cheeky and know when you're doing something you shouldn't be. I tried putting you in your cot to nap last week and I came back to see the above photo!
I love watching you sleep your eyelashes are getting so long and you pout your lip out it's so cute. I could watch you all day. Sleeping wise, you are getting much better! After putting up with 6 months of no sleep, you go to sleep without much fuss like before. Even though the past three night you have been a nightmare rolling over and climbing the headboard! You just wouldn't sleep! You climbed a few stairs the other day too! I think you enjoyed trying anyway.
Your mummy and daddy are so excited for your first Christmas! We can't wait to open presents with you and play with your new toys on Christmas day. I know you'll be more interested in the wrapping paper and boxes but it will be fun! We are having your Nana, Grandad and Uncle Sean over for Christmas dinner. I look forward to when you are old enough to understand Christmas and we can put milk and cookies out for Santa.
You have just changed so much this past month, I know I say that every month but it's true. I am slightly upset that you're not my newborn little baby anymore but I am excited to watch you grow into a little lady. I can't wait to brush your hair and paint your toes and have girly shopping days!
I look forward to seeing what you get up to this month!
We love you more than you could ever imagine.
All my love
