Losetober: Introduction

What is Losetober? You may ask! Well if you are an active reader you may remember this post that I wrote nearly TWO MONTHS ago! Well uherrm it didn't go very well. I think I lasted 3 days!! Well I have exactly 1 month until we go on holiday so this is my last chance to get myself confident enough to be able to wear a bikini. I don't want to loose weight just tone up and loose my baby fat! I plan to exercise everyday (if I can) until we board that plane! I'm not going to set myself any unrealistic targets or 30 day shreds but I do plan to do some sort of exercising whether it be on the Kinect, squats whilst doing the washing up or sit ups before bed. I WILL do this this time...I know I can! Also I will be eating healthier which means no junk food, no take-aways and no fizzy drinks! (Puts down can of  Dr pepper and blushes). It's only 1 month for goodness sake...then I can eat all the junk food I like! 

The reason I am posting this publicly, is to keep myself motivated. I am sharing my journey with you to keep myself in check, and hopefully one day, be able to inspire other mummies that they can do this too. 

So, let's get to it.

Weight: 110.6 lb ( 7st 9lb)
Height: 5ft 5.5"
Waist: 26"
Hips: 29"

    1. Hi, its okay :) Yeah I am still nursing. I know it does burn calories but I get hungry all the time so eat tons of junk food.

    2. I am planning on nursing, but I want to also start losing weight as soon as the doc gives me the go ahead. I am not Due until April/My so I look forward to be encouraged by your transformation!!!

  6. Good luck with the exercise etc. I've been trying to do the same, my holiday is two weeks away and im in no better shape. I blame the kids lol
