This is the perfect summer dish! I love to make it because it makes a ton of lunch time meals!! I am trying to eat healthier instead of takeaways and fatty meals. This is such a quick and simple recipe for a snack/lunch.
12 oz Pasta or how ever much you want to use (I usually use the twirls but any kind works!)
Cook the pasta as it directs on the package. Pour cooked pasta into a large bowl.
Then add whatever you like of the following:
-chopped red pepper
-sliced black olives
Pour 16 oz. of dressing of your choice, I just used a mixture of mayonnaise and salad cream. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix well. Put salad in fridge for a couple of hours before serving.
