I have FINALLY decided to start exercising! I know most people start trying to loose their baby weight to get back to their pre-baby weight already by now, but I'm one of those people who is too lazy and to be frank when have I had the bloody time??? Plus to be honest I can't use the 'I've just had a baby" excuse anymore. I hate not having my pre-baby flat stomach, it probably doesn't help that I eat too much junk food and drink to much fizzy drinks so I am trying to cut that out too.
I'm not sure how much I weighed pre-pregnancy probably about the same now to be honest but I had a flat stomach with no jelly belly! I was all baby throughout my pregnancy so didn't put any weight on anywhere other than my stomach. Three days after giving birth I weighed 100.8 lb (7.2 stone) and have put on a lot of pounds from sitting on my butt most the time time and eating crap. I have also been breastfeeding, although that does burn around 500 calories a day, I probably put double that back on haha!

Well now that Amelia is 16 weeks old she isn't as needy and will nap during the day so I can have an hour to myself to start exercising. The main reason I haven't before now is because I wanted to let my body fully recover, I had a tough pregnancy, labour and recovery so needed time to get back to 'normal' afterwards. So here I am at 16 weeks postpartum and ready to get sweaty and achy!
My plan is to exercise 1 hour a day, everyday of the week and see where that takes me. I haven't actually got a exercise regime in place but I have decided to do sit ups daily and use the wii fit and Kinect. I don't want to loose much weight I just want to tone up mainly and get at least half of my abs back! And I want to be able to wear a bikini on holiday in November and not look like I've just had a baby!
